We live in an age of unprecedented connection and an epidemic of loneliness. More apps, more ways to meet people, more platforms than any previous generation. Yet genuine, meaningful connection feels more difficult than ever to find and harder to sustain.
The barrier is rarely opportunity. It's communication. The patterns, habits, and gaps that shape how we show up with others, what we let people see, and whether we know how to ask for what we actually need.
That's the work.
This exploratory session offers a chance to talk through your goals, ask questions, and see if we're the right fit.

I spent 18 years helping people and organisations communicate authentically. My work is built around a persistent and often underestimated tension. The distance between what we intend to express and what is perceived by those around us.
The people I work with tend to be self-aware, but stuck. Not always on what they feel, but on how to communicate it. They're often thoughtful, reflective, and good at many areas of life, and still find that intimate relationships or dating are harder to navigate than they should be. Something keeps getting in the way; a pattern, a habit, a gap between what they mean and what actually lands.
Coaching may not be the right fit if: you are seeking therapy or mental health treatment, you are in immediate emotional crisis, you are experiencing abuse or coercive control, or you require clinical psychological support. Coaching is designed for reflection, personal growth, and practical support — it is not therapy or crisis care.
I combine insights with real-world communication tools to help you create more meaningful, and intentional relationship habits. Whether with a partner, family, friend, or colleague.
A degree in communication and an undergraduate grounding in psychology mean I understand both the structure of how we communicate, and the emotional landscape from which we communicate.
18 years helping people and organisations say what they mean, navigate difficult dynamics, and build real trust. This expertise forms the foundation of my work.
No Judgement. I'll tell you what I notice, ask the questions worth asking, and be straight with you when it matters. A conversation that takes you and your situation seriously.
Every session moves you closer to understanding yourself and your patterns well enough that something actually shifts.
Depending on where you are, we might work on:
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We'll talk about what's brought you here and what you'd like to work on — it's really just a chance for us to connect and see whether working together feels right for you.
Yes, completely — and there's no obligation to continue. It's designed to give you a genuine feel for what coaching with me is like before you decide to commit to anything.
Sessions take place over video call, so all you need is a device with a camera and a stable internet connection. I'll send you a link ahead of time, and you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable.
If you're unsure, start with the free first session. From there, a 30-minute session works well for a specific issue you want to talk through, while a 60-minute session gives us more room to explore deeper patterns and build practical strategies together.
